Terms and Conditions

Attendance

When a client purchases a Term Program, one make-up session per term is offered for unforeseen circumstances such as illness. The make-up session must be re-scheduled and used during the same term and cannot be carried over to following terms. It is the responsibility of each client to re-schedule any make-up sessions. If a client fails to re-schedule a make-up class it will be lost. Regular attendance at classes is essential in order to gain the benefits of Pilates and relaxation training, so we enforce this rule for the benefit of our clients. If you should experience exceptional circumstances please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Absences

If a client cannot attend a class, we ask that you give a minimum of two hours notice. If no notice is given, the class will be lost. Taking holidays at short notice and being "too busy" to attend do not constitute valid reasons for absence. Other than genuine illnesses/unforeseen circumstances and holidays that were organised prior to the start of term, all unreasonably absent classes will be lost. As already stated, regular attendance at classes is essential in order to gain the benefits of Pilates and relaxation training, so we enforce this rule for the benefit of our clients. If a client believes that they cannot commit to a full ten week Term Program, then casual attendance at casual rates is always an option.

Cancellations

If a client has paid for a Term Program but subsequently experiences unforeseen circumstances which prevents them from continuing to attend classes for the term, the balance of the program will be held in credit and will be used as part-payment for another Term Program in the school term immediately following the cancellation.
